Projects include:

  • Advising on and monitoring a £1.8m refurbishment of a 65,000 sq ft partially occupied office block to ensure it can benefit from the demand for quality space in the Old Street area
  • Restructuring of four leases, including 3 subleases, at the end of a 15-year Full Repairing and Insuring lease to maintain continuity of occupancy and income
  • Securing change of use for a problematic 1,150 sq ft office unit to merge it with a small High Street shop and so create a 1,850 sq ft retail space now let to a national retailer
  • Restructuring 2 roof top telecoms leases and moving equipment and tenant air-conditioning to allow the client to add an extra floor to the site once they have planning permission
